BA-BEARING ALUMINOFERRITE CEMENT
The dominant minerals of Ba-bearing aluminoferrite cement clinker areC2.75B1.25A1.5F1.5 S, C2S and C4AF, their optimal proportion is 55%, 25% and 20%respectively. The optimal buming temperature of Ba-bearing aluminoferrite cement clinker is1300~C. Clinker and the hydration products are analyzed by using X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersion (EDS). The results indicate thatthe rate of hydration of calcium-barium suifo-ferritlaluminate is fast. The hydration productsare abundant, such as Ba-bearing AFt, AFro, C3AH6, CAH10, C2AH8, BaSO4 and so on. Thecement has the properties of high-early compressive strength and increased later strength.
