EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE STRESS RELAXATION IN THE PROCESS OF COLD MOLDING WITH STRAW
In this article, five kinds of straws were used to do compressing molding experiments on stress relaxation by Electric Versatile Material Machine with special designed open mode equipment. According to the data from transition stage, regression equations with different straws were built by selective global fitting or piecewise fitting. In addition, the equations were verified by stress logarithm-time curve. Stress relaxation model of the five straws can be expressed as the following σ(t) =Σnt=1A1e-1/T1 (n= 1,2). This provides reference for reducing the specific energy consumption and increasing the pellet density.
