STUDY ON THE TECHNIQUE OF H2 PRODUCTION IN PINE SAWDUST GASIFICATION USING CO2-STEAM AGENT
In this paper, Thermal decomposition and gasification experiment with pine sawdust as raw material and CO2-steam as agent is conducted. The influence of gasification temperature, Steam recruitment and catalyst recruitment on the productivity of hydrogen is studied. In the range of 650-850℃, the content of He increases from 12.38% to 21.92%, which is almost 10 percent. And the productivity of H2 increases as the temperature rises. In the range of 0-2.5 kg/h of steam addition, the content of H2 rises from 12.07% to 17.98%; however, excessive addition of stream will cause temperature drop in the reactor, which is no good for the process. IfCaO is used as catalyst, the percentage of H2 rises about 10 percent when the content of CaO is within 0-3%; while it will drop sharply when the content of CaO is more than 4%, which indicates there is a optimal value for the amount of catalyst.
