Researches on synthetic alcohol ether fuel from biomass gasification

摘要：

On the basis of synthesis and analysis of biomass manufactured from liquid fuel, a technology biomass and coal co-gasification was put forward, that is, synthetic alcohol ether fuel technique line by a single fluidized bed biomass gasification two-step. Results by way of moving by demonstrate device show that the ratio of Biomass and coal mixture is 80/20, when S/B=0.9～1.2, CO+H2＞75％, H2/CO=1.0～ 2.0, content of the tar<1.0mg/m3, gas production rate =1.0-1.4m3/Kg. By way of measured, 4 tons of corn stalks plus 1 ton of coal can be synthesized 1 tons of dimethyl ether. So it is a promising technology that biomass gasification synthetic alcohol ether fuels, no matter whether the investment or the operating costs are significantly lower than that of corn ethanol and fiber ethanol.
