PSEUDOMONAS FLUORESCEN LIPASE IMMOBILIZED ON LUFFA SPONGE AND ITS APPLICATION IN PREPARING BIODIESEL
Pseudomonas fluorescen lipase was immobilized onto luffa sponge in the medium of N-hexane. The immobilization yield was more than 95.5% during 30min and corresponds to the loading of 500U/g support. Immobilized pseudomonas fluorescen lipases were used to prepare biodiesel from waste edible oil in solvent-free system, and the methyl ester yield was more than 88.7% at the temperature of 40℃ with the adding ratio of methyl/oil 3:1. It was found that the catalyzed activity of immobilized pseudomonas fluorescen lipase was similar to the Novozym435 lipase. The residual activity of immobilized pseudomonas fluorescen lipase was more than 80% after reusing 10 times.
