Preparation and properties of thermoplastic starch: A review

摘要：

Thermoplastic starch (TPS) is one of the most promising biodegradable polymers, and can be used to prepare starch-based polymer blends, therefore was extensively studied recent years. In this paper, the structure of starch is introduced, and the preparation and properties of TPS are reviewed. In the end, perspectives of TPS materials are presented.
