In view the status of the biomass energy exploitation home and aboard, there has been analyzed the growth and the oil quality characteristic of arboreal oil plant--Idesia polycarpa Maxim. Var. Vestita Diels in this paper ,and has been forecasted the extensive prospects in application of the biomass energy. It also has been proposed the direction and the measure in exploring the Idesia polycarpa Maxim. Var. Vestita Diels.
