SEPARATION AND PURIFICATION COMPONENTS FROM SEED OF JATROPHA CURSASL

摘要：

Seed of Jatropha cursas L was one of important raws in preparation of biodiesel. In order to comprehensive utilization to the seed, experimental method and technology was devised. With extraction of seed oil, toxic components such as phorbol esters in Jatropha cursas L were extracted as insecticidal dose, curcin was separated and purified as anti-cancer protein, detoxic protein of press cake were dealt as plant protein. The result could improve economic value of the seed.
