A MODEL OF MULTI-OBJECT DECISION-MAKING ANALYSIS

Power Plant building is a complex and very important problem. There are many factors which influence Plant building especially the large-scale item, which be restricted as well as depended on each other. Analyzing these factors and transforming the relating indexes to the equivalent and unrelated ones, the paper ascertains the most important factors and weights, which contributes to the best selecting of projects.
