Tourism Information Service Framework in Communities

The increasingly distributed resources on Internet make it more difficult to provide personalized tourism information using centralized systems. In this paper, an information service framework using Market-SoftMan-Society model is proposed. A SoftMan coordination protocol is also presented to organize SoftMen who have common interest into a community. By using recommendation algorithm, each SoftMan can get personalized information from other members in its community. This humanized community can improve the quality of personalized information service.
