THE NON-LINEAR PREDICTIVE CONTROL OF PH VALUE TO ACIDIC WASTE

摘要：

The pH titration curve of neutralization reaction process in steel factory dealing with waste acid water is delay and extremely non-linear ， so it cannot be controlled with normal linear controller. This paper propose hierarchical predictive optimal control for a Nonlinear System to solve the above mentioned problem. The hardware configuration and its parameters are concretely described here, as well as the expected result showed in simulation.
