ON-LINE ADAPTIVE IDENTIFICATION AND CANCELATION OF PERIODIC DISTURBANCE WITH UNKNOWN PARAMETER

An adaptive algorithm for learning identification and rejection of quasi periodic disturbances is proposed in this paper. It is based on the estimation of the amplitude of two components of the perturbation that are in phase quadrature to each other and then cancels it. The frequency analysis and the parameter design of the algorithm are also discussed. The ability of the algorithm to reject quasiperiodic disturbances with slowly varying frequencies is shown through simulation and experimental results.
