NEURAL NETWORK MODEL OF MILITARY EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL GENERAL QUALITIES EVALUATION

Therefore, to scientifically evaluate the general qualities of military equipment management personnel is the foundation of military equipment management system well operation, as well it is the demand for developing and transforming military equipment management system1. With infromatization warfare landing on the historical stage, the military equipment inforamtization course gradually accelerate, the mission of military equipment management personnel gets more difficult and complicated, the demand for military equipment management personnel gets higher. The evaluation index system for military equipment management personnel gets more complicated, the evaluation conclusion is unscientific and non-inaccurate with lagging method, it will mislead the deployment of military equipment management system personnel. Neural network has the ability of adaptive, nonlinear and parallel process, especially imprecise and fuzzy information process question for needing thinking several factors and terms. All sorts of evaluation questions belongs to this scope, so it provides the reference and method for military equipment management personnel general qualities evaluation2.
