THE RESEARCH OF HUMANIZED ADAPTIVE CONTROLLING SYSTEM OF SUPER BOGIE-HEARTH RESISTANCE FURNACE*

摘要：

Based on the characteristics of technical requirement of bogie-hearth resistance furnace, the article probes into the controlling strategy of combining humanized adaptive smithpredictor with limited output. And it briefly introduces how to use Kingview 6.03 intelligently to satisfy various demand of production as well as to cut down on the cost of the system. It is the first attempt to use a humanized adaptive controlling strategy to control temperature of the super bogie-hearth resistance furnace, and we have achieved great success. As conlusion is identified that the research fills the national blank of the production of the super heat-treating resistance furnace in the field of industrial furnance at that time.
