Research on Enterprise Front-line Salespeoples Empowerment Readiness Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

摘要：

This paper establishes index system of enterprise front-line salespeoples empowerment readiness,uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each level index.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to appraise the empowerment readiness of enterprise front-line sales people.The case study shows that it is reasonable and credible to evaluate front-line salespeoples empowerment readiness with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
