Analysis on Improving Enterprises Competitive Advantages by CRM
Based on B.Werner Felt and J.Barneys Competitive Advantage Resources Theory,this paper adopts Gallup Path Model of Enterprise Competitive power Growth in analyzing the process of improving enterprise core competitive power with CRM operation.Finally,the author put forward a model of CRM promoting enterprise value,by which we can demonstrate clearly how CRM aid corporations to obtain and promote core advantage.In brief words,CRM do it by changing product function mainly.
