Research on the Objective System of Customer Communication Based on Precision Marketing

Customized communication with the customers is the core of precision marketing,and the effective communication with the objective system is the key to the success of customer communication.Based on the analysis of the concept,the features and the major tasks of precision marketing,the paper discusses the factors that influence the construction of the objective system of the customer communication based on precision marketing.It puts forward the three-level objective system for the customer communication based on the precision marketing,including the general objective,sub-objective and specific objective.
