Study on the Method of Training Innovational Elitists Majoring in Marketing

摘要：

Nowadays elitists majoring in marketing are demanded urgently by the enterprises.The graduates majoring in marketing are flowing into society by universities around the whole country in large quantity，but the enterprises are still in the shortage of this kind of skilled person strongly.That is because of the deficiency of training of students in colleges majoring in marketing,so as to the surplus of low level marketing personnel while the shortage of high level marketing elitists.The ability of the graduates majoring in marketing is far from meeting the demands of the enterprises.So,this paper started with the system of training new type of innovational elitists majoring in marketing,and explored methods of training this new type of innovational elitists under the practical situation for universities.
