Research on the Value Discovery Mechanism and Methods of Domestic Chinese Private Equity Investment

摘要：

This article illustrates the withdrawal system of private equity.It establishes the structure system of private equity value discovery and integrates the system with the life cycle of the industry to analyze the place and the role of corporate governance,alternative investment tools,business opportunities,management teams,policy and social resources and investment in the value discovery.Moreover,it discusses the method,framework and thought of the private equity value discovery.
