Venture Capital: A Good Solution to Financing Problem of High - tech Enterprises

摘要：

Having researched the financing problem high-tech enterprises confronted with and analyzed the characteristics of high-tech enterprises,their laws of development and financing barriers,this paper suggests that venture capital which is playing an irreplaceable role in high-tech enterprises is a good solution to financing problem of the enterprises.
