Study on the FX Market Development and Currency Convertibility

摘要：

FX markets are the most important financial markets in many developing and transition economics.Their development marks the economic growth.This paper mainly argues that the conditions under which a stable foreign exchange market can reach its development potential,the domestic currency is fully convertible,the capital account is open,and the exchange rate is flexible.Otherwise,the financial crisis would be possible.In conclusion,we should pay attention to the sequence of the FX market development.
