SRI of Public Welfare Fund——A New Financing Channel for Small Enterprises

The financing of small enterprises is a worldwide difficult problem.This article,by introducing SRI of the public welfare fund,aims to provide the small enterprise a new financing channel besides the traditional ways such as bank loan,folk financing and so on; Meanwhile to help the public welfare fund to fulfill its philosophy of improving weaken communities status,and whats more,it provides the public welfare fund a new view to guarantee capital,operate capital and increase capital.
