On the Capital Structure of Family Businesses

摘要：

This paper confines its discussion to the subject of family business capital structure,irrationality of which will comprehensively strain on business development.The article firstly relates the current situation of capital structure within Chinese family business,then analyzes various factors which exert great influence on family business capital structure,and finally puts forwards methods of optimizing FBCS from the dimension of interpose itself and the government.Moreover,it reaches the conclusion that maximized business value is supposed to be set the goal for the process of optimizing FBCS.
