Analysis of Triggering Effect of Fiscal Expenditure for Science & Technology

摘要：

This paper defines the triggering effect of fiscal expenditure for science & technology.On one hand,it explores the trigger factors of fiscal expenditure for science and technology on the ground of the projects feasibility,other subjects motivation,enough triggering space,governments benchmark and so on.On the other hand,it elaborates on the mechanism of the triggering effect of fiscal expenditure for science and technology on basis of triggering platform,triggering mechanism,elasticity and regression analysis of triggering effect and so forth.
