Analysis on Patients Satisfaction of Community Health Service Institutions by Different Holders

摘要：

Objective to learn the patients satisfaction of community health service institutions by different holders.Descriptive methods and TOPSIS are used to measure the satisfaction of different holders.The overall satisfaction of community health service institutions was good,but the satisfaction of equipment and drug prices was low; among different holders,the satisfaction of institutions held by individuals was the highest,while that of institutions held by government was lower.It is suggested that institutions held by government should change thinking manner and enhance service awareness,so as to improve the service quality.
