Research on College Graduates Employment Support Model of Trinity of Industry, Colleges and Government

摘要：

An empirical analysis is made on the colleges,enterprises and government departments and the affecting factors on graduates employment is discussed from three aspects of industrial environment,colleges and government.Then the importance of these factors is analyzed by using AHP.On this basis,the college graduates employment support model of trinity of industry,colleges and government is proposed and the proposals on the running of the linkage system of the policies are made finally.
