The Way to Ease Conflict between Process and Result of Performance Assessment

Performance assessment is a double-edged sword of organization and management.At present,many organizations are always perplexed by the contradiction,conflict and paradox in the process and result of performance assessment.The process-oriented mode of assessment circle,which is progressive and spiral-rising,provides a feasible way to ease up conflict between process and result of performance assessment,one key step of which is to cultivate the quality of assessor and improve endogenous strength.
