The Mediating Effect of Dynamic Capability on Resource Development and New Product Development: Based on SMEs

摘要：

In dynamic environment,valuable resources are becoming more and more important to new product development,which has been the focus in academy and enterprises.Based on dynamic capability,this paper looks inside the black box of resource development process and new product development.The results of empirical study show that dynamic capability plays a mediating role in the course of resource development process to new product development.Future research directions and limitations are discussed at the end.
