The Concept and Basic Model of College Core Competitive Competence Based on Ecological Niche Theory

摘要：

This paper studies the college core competitive competence based on the ecological niche theory.College ecological niche is the competitive competence of talent training,scientific research and social service,which are obtained from the strategic integration of discipline building,organization management and campus culture.From the aspects of constituting levels,ability dimensionality and overall situation,the authors build the static and dynamic models of college core competitive competence based on ecological niche theory,which could be a tool for evaluating and upgrading the college core competitive competence.
