Bettering the Chinese Well-known Trademark Law with the Dilution Doctrine

It is necessary to introduce dilution doctrine into Chinese Trademark Law at the moment of revision.Many a current judicial practices show the introduction of dilution doctrine and association theory to protect the reasonable rights of the well-known trademarks owner even though no clear dilution doctrine in the legislation.The introduction of the dilution doctrine and association theory would improve the well-known trademark protection and better the Chinese well-known trademark law system a lot.
