The Problems and Solutions in the Management of Scientific Research Funds in University

Colleges and universities get into an important position in scientific research in our country.In recent years,with the vigorous development of higher education,college commitment to the projects and funds for scientific research is showing a trend of substantial growth,scientific research funds has become an important source of University funds.Therefore,the management of the scientific research funds is an important component of financial management in university.This paper analyses the significance and necessity to strengthen the management of the accounting for the scientific research funds in university,take apart the problems that exist in management of scientific research funds in university,table a proposal to strengthen the management of scientific research funds in university deeply.
