Study on Forecasting of Real-time Traffic Volume in Rush-hour Based on Elman Neural Network

摘要：

The forecasting of traffic volume of highway sections in rush hour plays an important role in transportation planning and construction.Based on Elman neural network,this paper has established a forecasting traffic volume model of highway sections in rush hour.The paper uses traffic volume of real highway as a forecasting history data to test the model and to forecast the future real-time traffic volume.The forecasting result shows the model has high precision.
