Analysis and Measurement of Human Capital Value Based on the Enterprise Co-governance Logic
After the definition of human capital value,this paper,on the basis of enterprise co-governance logic,analyzes the enterprise contract and points out that its contracting and adjustment is based on the values and risks of human capital and physical capital.The result of game for all covenanters common interests is that the risks of some capital owners have been transferred,their ownership has been released and become the non-stockholders capital,but the capital that accepts the risk becomes the stockholders capital.Human capital and physical capital are ranked in accordance with the degree of risk.So human capital and physical capital has the same earning rate if they are on the same level of risk because of the same risks.Through the analysis of the movement of human capital,this paper reveals that the income of human capital owners comes from two parts:the transfer values and capital earnings.As a result of that,a new measurement of human capital value is constructed in this paper,which is not only further to enrich the measurement theory of human capital but also make the theory more operational.
