The Innovative Career Administration to Intellectual Staff Based on Psychological Contract

This paper has introduced Rousseaus agreement characteristic model and established four different kinds of psychological agreement mode from the angle of time and employing condition (transitional type,transactional type,balanced type,and relational type).At the same time,it has introduced four different personal behavior reaction mode while psychological contract is violated (expressing,silent,neglect and Retreat).Regarding these two models as analyzing tools,this article has analyzed the demand characteristic of intellectual staff at different developing stage of career and analyzed the localization of psychological contract mode.At last,the essay pointed out how to use the psychological contract to manage intellectual staff effectively at different developing stage of career and made the conclusion that in the career administration to the intellectual staff,organization should adopt different innovative management according to the intellectual staffs requirement at different career stage and different psychological contract type to prevent the violation of the psychological contract.
