Research on Demand Forecast of City Underground Space

摘要：

Demand forecast is a basic work and occupies an important position in the whole process of the development of city underground space.By investigating some domestic cities,the author advances a method in theory to forecast the demand amount of city underground space.That is summing up several key elements that influence the demand on city underground space by factor analysis at first,and then dividing the demand on city underground space into different grades,deciding and rectifying the demand intensity of every grade,finally forecasting the demand amount of underground space in different grades and aggregating.The author applies the method to forecast the demand amount of Wuhan downtown underground space.
