A Study on Knowledge-based Organization Model based-on Wiki

摘要：

Wiki is derived from the Hawaiian expression wiki wiki meaning fast or quick.A wiki is essentially a collection of Websites connected via hyperlinks.This paper discusses the elements of wiki knowledge management and the model of traditional organization.And then,the paper gives the model of knowledge-based organization by abstracting wiki and comparing traditional organization with modern knowledge-based organization.
