Research on “Going out Path and Mode of Tourism Enterprises in China

With the deepening of economic globalization and gradual opening of Chinese tourism market.The transnational enterprises accelerate the contention of the tourism l market share in our country with their advantages; this makes the market competition of hotel in our country fiercer and fiercer.Tourism enterprise definitely should going out,participate in international competition,utilizing the opportunity of liberalization of trade.When tourism enterprises enter international market,the first assignment is to decide which the optimum going out path and mode.In view of the above,this paper proposed s going out seven fundamental path which is international tourist service,promotion place building,cross-border service,management contract,franchise operation,green land investment,merger and acquisition,basing on the existing development of Chinese tourist industry,then,concluded three going out modes which is export,contract and invest,according to service export,agreement signs and capital devotion.
