Research on the Crisis Communication System of Public Emergency

摘要：

The public unexpected incidents often brings disastrous consequences,an effective response need the joint efforts of all aspects and this requires an efficient crisis communication system,but China in this regard is lack of an effective crisis communication system.This article are written on basis the crisis communication research home and abroad,combined with Chinas current sudden incident response system,puts forward how to create a crisis communication system from the perspective of internal and external,and proposed a monitoring mode of communication.
