Theoretical Research on the Innovation of Endowment Insurance System in China

摘要：

This paper retrospects the development history of Endowment Insurance System in China,and externally evaluates the legislation actuality of Endowment Insurance by using methods of history analysis and comparison.Then a new way to build China characteristic endowment insurance is put forward.The paper figures many aspects should be taken to consummate the endowment insurance,such as building and consummating the legislation system of endowment insurance,independent lawmaking of the endowment insurance in the country,diversifying money-raising ways of endowment fund.These measures are to build a frame to consummate Chinas endowment insurance.After all above,we make a conclusion that it is a urgent affair to perfect the endowment insurance system.
