Research on Comprehensive Evaluation of Efficiency of Local Government Spending

摘要：

The efficiency of local governments spending is characterized by a strong uncertainty concerning the return on investment.This uncertainty is stronger for local governments spending than for other types of public investment.In terms of the high uncertainty of the efficiency of local governments spending,this paper establishes an evaluation system of the efficiency of local governments spending and utilizes AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of this kind of efficiency.Finally,it gives some new ideas to the measurement of the efficiency of local governments spending.
