Construction of Early-warning City Safe System Based on the FAHP

摘要：

City safety is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the cities economic,city safe assessment is a systems engineering,including numerous factors and complexity of processes.This paper adopts FAHP (Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process) for the weight of each index through establishing a scientific and rational index system of the city safety,and designs a city safe system of early warning which can achieve dynamic monitoring,precaution and joint disposal to meet the target which can minimize the effects that the unsafe affairs may bring.The system can not only monitor and evaluate every period data of the baseline indexes and give the safe degree of the city,but also gives the measurements according to the degree of early warning.
