Evaluation of the Regional Manufacturing Innovation System in China Based on Triple Helix Model

摘要：

For three decades,the evaluation of the regional manufacturing innovation system was continued and had different features in the different development stages in China.Based on the triple helix model and combined with the actual situations in China,the evaluation of the manufacturing RIS was researched in this paper.And according to the different features in the triple helix model,the evaluation should be divided into four stages: the introduction technology stage; the absorption innovation stage; the integrative innovation stage and the independent innovation stage.Comparison of these stages,the forth stage displayed a good development situation.And the development of National High-Tech Industrial Development Zones enhanced the core independent innovation ability of the manufacturing RIS.In the future,the independent innovation model should be the development direction.
