Study on Symbiotic and Positive External Effects of Eco-Industrial Park
From the perspective of Eco-industrial parks competitiveness,it is considered that eco-industrial parks industrial symbiosis not only includes by-product exchanges,but also includes the sharing of knowledge,equipment and other resources among manufacturers,and trust,knowledge management that all help to improve and enhancement of competitiveness of the symbiosis.Eco-industrial parks competitiveness is then put forward and demonstrated by which it is mainly derived from symbiotic effects among manufacturers,which can be divided into by-product exchange effects,clustering effects,green effects and positive external effects.And the process of positive external effects can make eco-industrial parks manufacturers get a certain amount of additional revenue,which in fact can be understood as receipts from governments payments on environmental goods and services or decrease of pollution;and this additional revenue to eco-industrial parks will promote its manufacturers competitive advantages in contrast with other manufacturers.
