Overall Development of Urban and Rural Areas

摘要：

The paper analyzed the level of overall development of urban and rural areas from the view point of national system.Policies regarding investment nature and the development of agriculture and non-agricultural industry,the consumption level of urban and rural areas,the level of employment,education,health and social security were taken into account.．Our finding is that the gap between urban and rural areas quite big,and we suggest that a system integrating national income assignment,resources configuration,investment and rural finance be developed to enhance overall development of urban and rural areas．
