Discussion on the Structure and Optimization of Regional Innovation System

摘要：

Developing and perfecting regional innovation system (RIS) is the practical demand of accelerating the shift of research results to productive forces,improving enterprises regional competitiveness and enhancing regional economic strength.This paper proposes a connotation of RIS,analyzes its multi-level structure and the restricting factors on the structural efficiency of RIS by applying the documentation research method.The conclusion shows that the structural optimization of RIS is a highly effective application of optimal allocation of regional innovation resources and innovation elements.
