Study on the Innovation Level Evaluation of National Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone in China

摘要：

Chinese national hi-tech industrial development zone plays a key role in regional economic promotion,and provides the powerful support for the development of national hi-tech industry.Under the background of important scientific development view and constructing the innovation country,the question of innovative level in national hi-tech industrial development zone is very important issue in national strategy.This paper is based on the domestic and overseas research results of innovation level in development zone,connected with the states hi-tech industrial development zones,constructed the evaluation indicator system of innovation level in national hi-tech industrial development zone,and highlighted the construction principle,the target selection and so on related question,provided an orientation of development guideline and evaluation and management tool of innovation level in national hi-tech industrial development zone.
