Study on the Integration Construction and Coupling Mechanism of RIS

摘要：

RIS is formed by a number of subsystems,which are related and interacted with each other.It should use the coupling mechanism such as regional management mechanism,industrial guide mechanism,innovation platform mechanism,innovative culture mechanism,technology market mechanisms to make the various subsystems integrated as the innovative main body of enterprises,scientific institutions,government,education institutions and sci-tech intermediary.
