An Empirical Research on Industry Cluster Attractiveness Effect to Talents

Obeying the rule of vertical hierarchical structure,this paper established an index system of industry cluster attractiveness,and attractiveness factors were divided into four levels,as region,industry cluster,corporation and job,a 52-item index system was established.Then,by data gained from questionnaire survey in Foshan,we proved that because the existence of industry cluster attractiveness effect,corporations in industry cluster attract more talents than isolated corporations do.Moreover,we found that the effect should be divided into direct effect and indirect effect: the capability of industry cluster directly strengthen the talents attractiveness,cluster capability also improve the corporation reputation,which enhanced the attractiveness,shown as indirect effect.
