Research on the Supply Chain Fellowship Based on Trilateral Game

摘要：

The competition of 21st century is the competition of supply chain management.The core content of supply chain management is the construction and management of the supply chain fellowship.Based on the game theory,this paper not only analyzes the game process of the three strategies,which are the strategy of short time fellowship,middle time fellowship and long time fellowship respectively,but also explores how to determine the suitable fellowship for the businesses in the supply chain.The results show that the suitable cooperative mode for supply-chain enterprises depends on the features of the product.
