Appraisal and Analysis on the Technological Innovation of Steel Industry Ability in Each Province in China
This research is based on the factors which influence the industrial technological innovation ability.An appraisal index system consisting 4 factors and 11 indexes is constructed construct to evaluate the innovation ability in the steel industr.The 4 factors are technological foundation of innovation,investment input to innovation,spread ability of innovation,and output ability of innovation.The research has fixed on using the Gray Relevancy Appraisal Method to measure and analyze the steel industry technological innovation ability of each province in China.In conclusion,during the 10th Five-Year Plan period,although the technological innovation ability of Chinas steel industry has improved in some extent,it is not consistent with the rapid development in industry.Most provinces steel industrial innovation ability is low and the reserved strengths for growth are insufficiency.For some provinces with larger-scale steel industry,the problem of innovation ability deserves more attention.
